Originally from South Korea, I'm now based in Tokyo, Japan, working as a Technical Support Engineer at a global SaaS company.

Before that, I worked at several of Japan's largest B2C service companies, running high-traffic, high-load services at scale. I wore two hats there — service developer and technical project manager — building and shipping products across e-commerce, financial services, and AI agent platforms, covering everything from development to cross-functional delivery.
